Filtering & Overtaking
Practise low-speed filtering, overtaking judgement, lane changes, blind spots and situations where waiting is safer.
What you need to understand
Filtering can reduce time spent in queues but increases exposure to doors, pedestrians, side roads and lane changes. The Highway Code specifically tells filtering riders to take care and keep speed low.
Read the explanation after every answer, especially when you guessed correctly. The goal is to understand why the safest answer is right so you can apply the same principle to a different scenario.
