LEGAL

Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of TheoryMockTest.co.uk and its educational practice materials.

Educational use only

TheoryMockTest.co.uk provides independent revision material and original practice questions. The site is not an official testing authority and does not guarantee that any practice question will appear in a real theory test.

No affiliation with official bodies

TheoryMockTest.co.uk is not affiliated with or endorsed by DVSA, DVA, GOV.UK or nidirect. Official rules, test procedures, fees and eligibility requirements should always be checked using official government sources.

Accuracy

We work to keep information accurate and useful, but laws, test formats and official guidance can change. We do not warrant that every page will always be complete, current or error-free. Where a decision has legal, financial or safety consequences, verify the current official rule.

Practice scores

Scores on this website are for revision only. Passing a mock test does not guarantee success in an official theory, hazard-perception, Driver CPC or practical test.

Intellectual property

Original text, layout, practice questions, code and branding on the site are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the site for personal study but may not systematically copy, scrape, republish, resell or create competing databases from our original material without permission.

External content and links

We may link to third-party or official websites for additional information. We are not responsible for the availability, content or practices of third-party websites.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, distribute malware, automate excessive requests, scrape content at harmful scale, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

Advertising and affiliates

The site may display advertising and may in future use affiliate links. Advertising or affiliate relationships do not change the independence of our educational answers and revision content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on practice material where official information should reasonably have been checked. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after publication of an updated version means the updated terms apply. Questions can be sent through our Contact Us page.
